BUILT UP BEAMS
Structural beams made by welding or bolting together individual steel plates or sections (like angles or channels) to form a larger, custom-shaped beam. They are used when standard rolled steel sections (like W-beams) are not strong enough or do not meet the design requirements.
We fabricate based on client's specification with varying depths and thickness. We are capable of fabricating steel plates more than 50mm thickness with the help of our Lincoln Submerged Arc Welding machine. We also use CNC Plasma and Flame cutting machine to ensure accuracy up to the millimetre.
TAPERED BEAMS
Structural steel members whose depth (height) varies along their length, rather than remaining constant like standard I-beams or wide flange beams. This tapering allows engineers to optimize material use, reducing weight and cost while still providing adequate strength where needed.
We fabricate and we source our own material thus giving us the advantage of giving you the best price possible. We use high quality welding rods from reputable companies to ensure the strength of our fabricated beams is at par with international standards.
WIDE FLANGE / IBEAMS
Primarily used for columns, beams, and girders in steel-framed structures. We have served more than a million tons over the years all throughout the country and outside of the Philippines.
We source our products from reputable steel makers known to have good track record.
BENDED BEAMS
Bended steel beams (also called bent steel beams) are structural elements that have been physically bent or curved to achieve a desired shape. These beams are commonly used in construction, architecture, and other applications where straight beams do not meet the required design or functional specifications.

TUBULARS / HSS
Hollow, cylindrical or rectangular steel profiles used in construction and engineering. They are known for their high strength-to-weight ratio, aesthetic appearance, and resistance to torsion and buckling.
We also custom fabricate tubular sections not commonly available in the market.
PIPES
Hollow cylinders made of steel, primarily used to transport fluids or gases, but also commonly used in structural applications. Unlike tubular structural sections (like RHS or SHS), steel pipes are designed by their nominal bore (NB) and wall thickness, and they conform to different standards depending on usage.
We supply both Galvanized and Black iron steel pipes. We offer both welded and seamless steel pipes.
ANGLE BARS
Also called angle iron, L-sections, or L-angles are L-shaped steel sections used widely in construction, fabrication, and structural framing. They consist of two flat steel legs joined at a 90° angle, forming an “L” cross-section.
Steelmax inc. accepts custom angle bar sizes based on client's specifications. We also accept orders for bended angle bars.
PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDINGS
Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) are custom-designed steel structures where the components (frames, roof, wall panels, etc.) are pre-fabricated in a factory and then assembled on site. PEBs are widely used for industrial, commercial, and warehouse buildings due to their cost-efficiency, speed of construction, and flexibility.
We can custom fabricate both bolted and welded connections of PEBs as per client's request.
DEFORMED BARS / DSB
A deformed steel bar is a type of reinforcing bar (rebar) used in reinforced concrete construction. Unlike plain round bars, deformed bars have ridges, lugs, or indentations on their surface to improve the bond between the steel and concrete, preventing slippage and enhancing structural strength.
Our products range from Grade 33 up to Grade 60 of deformed steel bars.
C CHANNEL
C-channel steel (also called C-beam, channel steel, or C-section) is a hot-rolled or cold-formed steel section shaped like the letter “C.” It is widely used in construction and fabrication for framing, bracing, and support structures due to its versatility and ease of connection.
We also accept bended fabrication of C steel section from 6mm up to 12mm having a maximum length of 20ft.
PURLINS C/Z TYPE
Purlins are horizontal structural members in a roof system that support roof coverings or sheeting and transfer loads (like wind or snow) to the primary structural frame — typically rafters or steel frames.
They are essential in both metal and traditional roofs, especially in pre-engineered buildings (PEBs) and steel structures.
We have a variety of purlins sections and different thickness. We supply both black and galvanized purlins.
ANCHOR BOLTS
Anchor bolts are used to anchor steel structures to concrete foundations or other surfaces, providing structural stability and transferring loads between a structure and its foundation. They are essential in everything from buildings to bridges and machinery installations.
We can fabricate and thread bolts with different lengths and type.
BASE PLATES
A base plate is a flat, steel plate used to distribute the load from a vertical structural element (such as a column or post) to a foundation or concrete slab. It is typically placed at the bottom of columns, pylons, or towers, and serves to provide stability, load transfer, and anchorage to the foundation.
Our CNC Plasma machines help cutting base plates accurately and fast thus shortening delivery lead times.
MS PLATES
MS Plates (Mild Steel Plates) are flat, rectangular or square steel sheets made from mild steel, which is a low-carbon steel. They are widely used in construction, fabrication, manufacturing, and various other applications because of their versatility, cost-effectiveness, and ease of fabrication.
Our mild steel plates conforms to ASTM 36. We also supply higher grades of steel plates as per client's request.
SPIKE PLATES
Spike plates are steel plates that are equipped with spikes or protrusions designed to penetrate into a surface when pressure is applied. These plates are commonly used to secure or anchor objects, especially in applications where a high level of grip or holding power is needed.
Commonly used for soil protection in combination with anchors. Steelmax inc. can fabricate spike plates as per client's specification
SPIRAL PIPES
Spiral pipes, also known as spiral-welded pipes, are steel pipes that are produced by spirally winding a strip of steel and welding the edges together to form a continuous tube. This unique manufacturing process gives spiral pipes their characteristic helical seam, which provides strength and durability for various applications.
Steelmax inc. can fabricate spiral steel pipes ranging from 6mm to a max of 10mm. Commonly used for concrete cage and other structural purposes.
